ASPECT4

Synchronise customers and contacts between Orbit and ASPECT4. Use the Danish CVR or customer number as a unique key and avoid duplicates, so everyone works on the same, up-to-date data.

Create a project in Orbit and automatically create the corresponding project/order in ASPECT4 – including keys such as project and department numbers. Less manual entry and fewer errors.

Approved hours from Orbit are transferred to ASPECT4 as the basis for invoices or payroll. Rates, supplements and line items follow along, saving the finance team time.

Pull invoice status, revenue and outstanding amounts per project back into Orbit. Give project managers and sales teams an overview without needing to open the ERP.
