      The Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a contract between us and you as a client. It outlines the level of service we will deliver and defines the quality, availability and performance guarantees of Orbit.

      Our SLA includes details such as a service description, performance metrics and targets, service availability, support and response times, problem management procedures as well as penalties or remedies for not meeting the agreed-upon service levels.
